When an order is placed it is paid for in advance. This secures the build in the order in which it was received. Mojave™ Ampworks, LLC will assign a serial number to an amplifier at that time and the order will be secured. Once the product is built, it will be shipped. At the time of delivery receipt the client will have three (3) days to play, evaluate and decide if the amplifier/cabinet is satisfactory. If, during the three (3) day trial period, the product is deemed unsatisfactory for any reason a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) will be given. Fees for processing and shipping are non-refundable. (see Return Policy below for more details)
If for any reason the commitment of the buyer changes and the order is cancelled during the build and before delivery, there will be a 25% cancelation fee plus all related processing fees charged. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be credited and applied.
All Mojave AmpWorks prices listed on this site are in US Currency, including Mojave AmpWorks products and 3rd party accessories. To accommodate the needs of as many of our customers as possible, we offer several payment options. Our normal and preferred method of payment is Bank Wire Transfer. We also accept the following:

- Personal or Business checks
- We also accept Gold, Platinum, Silver Bullion as payment
Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted if you wish to expedite your order.

In some cases PayPal and Credit card purchases are subject to an expedite fee of up to 4%. This fee is non-refundable.
Shipping costs are not included in the prices listed and are calculated via a combination of the weight of the item and the desired shipping method. We can ship your product using any of the following: FedEx Ground (Our Standard Method of delivery), FedEx Express and most of the other major air cargo companies. Shipping choices will be discussed with the customer to determine the best carrier for the customer’s needs, with an emphasis on providing the most cost effective method of shipping .
We are happy to accept orders from customers outside the United States. Our amplifiers are designed to be compatible with all the major international voltage requirements: 100V, 120V, 220V, 230V, and 240V. Please contact us for shipping and payment details to your country.
All products purchased from Mojave AmpWorks are accompanied by a 72-hour examination period, unless otherwise expressed by Mojave AmpWorks management. If buyer chooses to return an item within the 72-hour check out time frame, the buyer will receive a *refund less all shipping charges and processing fees incurred. Buyer assumes responsibility for shipping and any damage that may occur upon return.
Mojave AmpWorks has the right to refuse refunds and exchanges after the 72 hour check out period. No refunds or exchanges are made after 72 hours, unless specified in writing by Mojave AmpWorks management.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process. Shipping charges and processing fees are not included in the refund.
