The Blackburn Story
This is one of the most famed British Vacuum Tube ever made.
The beginning of this 6 part film or in this case, part one is a bit slow but worth the few minutes as it cranks up quickly into an excellent movie and walks through the entire process of the manufacture of the Mullard EL84 vacuum tube. This process is enormously detailed and shows why these vacuum tubes were so well made and why even today, they are still some of the best vacuum tubes around.
